This is not a commercial rental chain property, but a private home available part time for rental, upon owners rental conditions and approval.  You would expect the same if renting your home.  

Other properties in the area are renting for far more per week with other hidden charges behind their prices.  Here you can enjoy yourself with all that New Buffalo and Lake Michigan has to offer on a weekly rate that includes normal cleaning charges.  Also, Adults with children are welcome, but pets and smoking in the house are not.
