If you produce or mix Paints or Custom Products you know how much mixing equipment can cost you. You have to sell a lot of product and eat up a lot of profit just to pay for the equipment before you ever see a real profit at normal equipment costs. This working unit is ready to use for pennies on the dollar to other units for sale.

It has made a lot of paint in 55 gallon drums and can work for you now just the same. Just put the unit in a wood 2x4 frame and you're ready to rock. Sure you can get fancy, spend extra money and make a heavy duty steel frame if you like for it but it's really not needed unless code or something else calls for it. But I recommend keeping it simple and making money, not extra work or costs.

Pictured below shows this dispersion mixer producing a specialty paint in a 55 gallon drum. It has plenty of power to mix this viscous paint up from scratch. This 50 gallon batch of product started out with solvent and 50 pound bags of dry pigment. Additional component were added as the formula called for and ran continuously until mixed to proper consistency. The gear box both amps up the horse power to the stainless steel specialty dispersion mixing blade and reduces the speed to powerfully mix the contents in the drum. The adjustable vertical positioning motor of the unit gives you the proper mixing vortex at all times in relationship to the viscosity you are working with from water like to very thick. The control box is fused and breaks down the power supply between the 2 motors 1 @ 220 vac and 1 @ 110 vac. The unit will be disassembled for buyer and palletized. Shipping costs additional to buyer from their choice of shipper. If you want to contract separately for a custom frame to be made for this unit for turnkey operation upon arrival that is possible at additional cost 1,500.00 basic minimum.
